I'm Elisha Sikukuu, an IT Systems Administrator based in Weiz, Austria. I design, run, and quietly maintain the infrastructure behind organizations — from Microsoft 365 and Active Directory to servers, networks, and backup systems — so things simply work.
Support for teams that need infrastructure to be reliable, not just running — whether that's a full admin function or a scoped project.
Windows Server, Active Directory, Hyper-V and VMware environments — built, maintained, and documented.
Microsoft 365, Exchange Online and Azure administration, from mailbox migrations to identity and access management.
Switch and VLAN configuration, FortiGate firewalls, UniFi deployments, and day-to-day DNS/DHCP/VPN troubleshooting.
Veeam-based backup strategy, disaster recovery planning, and endpoint encryption rollouts (BitLocker at scale).
On-site and remote end-user support, ticketing workflows, SLA-driven incident resolution, and L2/L3 escalation.
Domain, DNS and hosting setup, WordPress builds, and ongoing site administration for small businesses.
Planned and built the company's web presence end-to-end: domain and DNS setup, WordPress site architecture, and full content across five pages — covering the company's construction, architectural design, and supply services.
Deployed BitLocker across a large Windows fleet using centralized device management, including TPM+PIN policy and automated recovery key escrow to Active Directory.
Migrated a Nextcloud instance between hosting providers, including database export, configuration updates, and automated backup scheduling via cron.
Migrated a legacy Exchange public folder calendar and its associated files into Microsoft 365, weighing M365 Groups against shared mailboxes to preserve color-category behavior for Classic Outlook users, and planning the cutover for minimal disruption.
Enabled Secure Boot fleet-wide using Aagon ACMP, alongside hands-on OS deployment and automation across both baramundi and ACMP as MDM platforms — complementing Microsoft Intune in a mixed-device-management environment.
Ran day-to-day user support operations through the OTRS ticketing system, tracking, prioritizing, and resolving incidents within SLA.
Configured a file server from scratch for a newly established company: security groups and NTFS permissions, structured drive mappings, and automation of both through Group Policy.
Whether it's a full-time admin role, a scoped infrastructure project, or a small business that needs its first proper IT setup — reach out and tell me what you're working with.
